PAYMENT TERMS: As per agreed sellers Terms and Conditions of payment MT705 Proof of Fund (POF) by Swift

INSPECTION: SGS or similar at the Loading Port at the expense of Seller, Overseas Marine or Calibrate Inspecting or similar at Discharge Port at the expense of Buyer.

DELIVERY: CIF ASWP

DELIVERY TIME: 25-30 DAYS

INSURANCE: First class marine insurance certificate covering 110% of the cargo valueDELIVERY TIME: 25-30 DAYS

NOTES 1:
The buyer has no right to see our material until the financial procedures are initiated with a confirmed MT700 (or MT705) at sight, and only once our bank informs us officially via our E-mail about their responsibility for the L/C. The L/C has to cover the full value of our commercial invoices and its conditions.

Payment method is only by bank credits MT700 OR MT760

Procedures to be followed for a rail deal

Buyer sends a swift bank MT705 to Seller Bank

after this MT705, Buyer can request all related requirement time-stamped video of the goods

Visit our warehouses to physically inspect stock (if requested)

All certificates related to the goods

Certificates of origin and export certificates


Buyer opens Irrevocable LC MT700

Product quality certification - SGS

Seller issues a performance Bond of 20% of the Shipment amount
